The registration process on Sell2Wales is the first step towards searching for suitable tenders in Wales and winning contracts. In brief, you’ll be asked to fill in your:

• User profile - basic information about yourself, including the password you’ll use to log in to Sell2Wales once you’ve registered.

• Company profile – details about the type of company that your business is, along with the number of employees and the company registration date.

• Products & Services – categories that your company’s products/ services relate to. These are categorised using CPV codes.

• Regions – locations that your business can supply to, allowing suppliers to find you and Sell2Wales to notify you of potential contracts.

• Additional information – used by buyers assessing potential suppliers, this optional information includes minimum and maximum tender values and trade memberships.

• Referees – information that allows you to demonstrate clients that are pleased with your work and willing to give references for your products and services.

• Resources – important documents that buyers may request each time you tender, including audited accounts and policies such as health & safety, environmental and equal opportunities. You can also upload key sales materials such as your company brochure, staff CVs and product specifications.

• Users – details about the people in your company that will receive email notifications of contract notices. You can also receive EU tenders in addition to the tenders in Wales.
