Testun fy ymholiad:*
E.g.: The notices I am receiving are not the ones I am looking for / I did not receive a notice I would have liked to receive / I stopped receiving regular ‘Daily Alert’ emails / I can’t find a notice I was told is posted on the site / etc.
E.g.: How does the service work? What are the benefits of registering on sell2wales.co.uk? What kind of opportunities will I receive? How do I manage my account? Why am I receiving emails in the wrong language? Where/How can I find someone’s contact details? Can I order a free publication? Can I use the site logo? etc.
E.g.: I have forgotten or am having problems with my password or login details / Someone has left our company and I am trying to access their account / I would like to become an administrator for an account? etc.
E.g.: I am having difficulties registering on sell2wales.co.uk / I can’t access the website / I can’t log into my account / The resources attached to a notice won’t download etc.
E.g.: How can I stop receiving notices / I would like to transfer my account to some else in the company / Please remove my details from your database etc.
We encourage and are always happy to hear your suggestions for improvements to the sell2wales service. Although we cannot guarantee we will always be able to implement your suggestions, we will make every endeavour to make improvements wherever possible. But it may help if you can provide us with details of the problem this is supposed to help resolve.
